Yelena Arakelow writes to NATA that: “Connecting North Atlantic Islands through Dance Art” is a project to connect professional artists within the field of dance in the North Atlantic Islands. The aim is to create a network for sharing resources and supporting innovative initiatives.
The project is created by and for freelance dance artists working in the Faroe Islands, Greenland and Iceland.
Thanks to the travel support from NATA the project leaders met in Reykjavík and Tórshavn. This ment that they successfully kick-started the new network: Connecting North Atlantic Islands through Dance Art!
