NATA’s Board of Directors consists of six members, two representing each of the three countries: Iceland, Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

The chairmanship rotates between the three countries, with Greenland holding the chair in 2025 and 2026. The current Chair of NATA is Katja Vahl.
