Exhibitor's Package Registration Fee
Registration fee for 1 person attending VNTM2009: DKK 5,700 (approx. € 760)
Registration fee for 2 persons attending VNTM2009: DKK 8,500 (approx. € 1,135)
Registration fee for 3 persons attending VNTM2009: DKK 10,800 (approx. € 1,440)
Registration fee for 4 persons attending VNTM2009: DKK 12,600 (approx. € 1,680)

The package fee includes
- Access to VNTM exhibition area for all event days
- Conference at Planetariet
- Listed on the appointment scheduling program. Each of the buyers will have a maximum of 34 appointments with VNTM exhibitors' booths.
- 1,2 or 3 tickets to Get-together reception & party in Halvandet on September 16
- 1,2 or 3 tickets to Gala Dinner in Marketenderiet on September 17
- Transportation to Get-together and Gala Dinner
- Lunch and coffee during conference
Registration deadline, cancellation, and refunds
- Registration is open until August 03, 2009.
- Cancellations made before July 15, 2009 - full refund minus an administration fee of DKK 1,000
- Cancellations made from July 16, 2009 will not be refunded.

Appointment Scheduling
There will be sessions for "Buyer Meets Exhibitor" on September 16 and September 17. As a registered exhibitor, you will be listed on the appointment scheduling programme/system to open for Buyers' meeting. The appointment calendar and data will be open and be sent to you in the beginning of July 2009.
Workshop table: Please note that Vestnorden Travel Mart 2009 is a workshop only. All exhibitors have a standard table of 120 x 60 cm and 2 chairs. There will be no space for exhibition items except for maximum one roll up per table. Set up will be possible from September 16th at 9.00

Social events
1 ticket per person in Exhibitor's Package is included for Get-together on September 16" and Gala Dinner on September 17. All prices are quoted and charged in Danish Kroner (DKK) per tour/item per person.
Guests to Get-together and the Gala dinner
You have the oppertunity to invite your colluegue or collaborator for a small amount of money to either:
Get-together price per person: DKK 370
Gala dinner price per person: DKK 750
Since we are aiming for as much value for money as possible, we would kindly ask you to only invite colleagues or collaborators.
- In this way we can secure a high level of professional networking within the travel industry.

Hotel Booking
Several hotels are selected for VNTM2009. All selected hotels are within few minutes walking distance to the VNTM venue, Scandic Copenhagen Hotel. See hotels here
Hotel rooms are generally booked for September 15-19, 2009. Do you wish to extend your stay or arrive earlier, please send BDP an email. Please note that the availability of extra nights is subject to the hotel's capacity. All prices are quoted in Danish Kroners, per room per night, TAX and service charges are included.
Cancellation
Hotel cancellation made before June 15, 2009: Full amount except an administration fee on DKK 200 will be refunded.
Cancellations made from June 16, 2009 will only be fully refunded (minus administration fee) if the room is re-sold. Reimbursement will be settled after the meeting. All cancellations or changes must be sent in writing to: hh@bdp.dk
Advertising in VNTM2009 Manual
Exhibitors will have the opportunity to advertise in the VNTM manual which will be handed out to all delegates:
