Buyer's Package Registration Fee
Registration fee for 1 person attending VNTM2009: DKK 2,800 (approx. € 375)
Registration fee for 2 person attending VNTM2009: DKK 5,400 (approx. € 720)
Registration fee for 3 person attending VNTM2009: DKK 8,000 (approx. € 1,065)

The package fee includes
- Access to the VNTM exhibition area for all event days
- Conference at Planetariet
- Schedule with a maximum of 34 appointments with VNTM exhibitors booths
- Accommodations (single room) for September 16-18
- 1,2 or 3 tickets to Get-together reception & party in Halvandet on September 16
- 1,2 or 3 tickets to Gala Dinner in Marketenderiet on September 17
- Transportation to Get-together and Gala Dinner
- Lunch and coffee during conference
Registration deadline, cancellation, and refunds
- Registration is open until August 03, 2009.
- Cancellations made before July 31, 2009 - full refund minus an administration fee of DKK 400
- Cancellations made in the period of July 31 - August 10 (both days included) - will be charged an administration fee of DKK 1,000
- Cancellations made after August 10, 2009 will not be refunded.

Social Events & Pre/Post Tours
All prices are quoted and charged in Danish Kroner (DKK) per tour/item per person.
Social Events:
1 ticket per person in Buyer's Package is included for Get-together on September 16 and Gala Dinner on September 17.
Guests to Get-together and the Gala dinner
You have the oppertunity to invite your colluegue or collaborator for a small amount of money to either:
Get-together price per person: DKK 370
Gala dinner price per person: DKK 750
Since we are aiming for as much value for money as possible, we would kindly ask you to only invite colleagues or collaborators.
- In this way we can secure a high level of professional networking within the travel industry.

Pre/Post Tours
Pre tour to Greenland, post tours to Iceland and the Faroe Islands will be organized for VNTM 2009. If you are interested in participating in the tours, please indicate the ticket number in the "number of tickets" box. Please note that this is not a final "purchase" - it only indicates your interest. Final details and programme will be announced in June.
Please note that there is only room for limited number of participants on each of the tours. You will be informed sometime in June or July whether you are included on the tour.
Hotel Booking
Choice of Hotels:
As a registered buyer, 2-day hotel accommodation (September 16-18) in single room is included in the registration package.
4* Clarion Collection Mayfair and 4* First Vesterbro Hotel, within 5 minutes walking distance to VNTM2009, welcome you during your stay in Copenhagen.
If you plan to arrive earlier or depart later, it is possible to book it in the reservation form below. Additional nights will be on your own expense.
VNTM2009 is to be held at Scandic Copenhagen Hotel.

First Vesterbro Hotel: DKK 1,350 per room per night for single room; DKK 1,450 per room per night for double room.
Clarion Collection Mayfair: DKK 1,150 per room per night for single room; DKK 1,350 per room per night for double room.
Supplement for staying in double room in First Vesterbro on September 16, 17: DKK 100 per room per night.
Supplement for staying in double room in Clarion Mayfair on September 16, 17: DKK 200 per room per night.
Booking Procedure
If you choose to stay for additional days than offered in the Buyer's Package, the price to be paid will be calculated in the registration system. Do you wish to extend your stay or arrive earlier, please send us an email. Please note that the availability of extra nights is subject to the hotel's capacity.
Cancellation
Hotel cancellation made before June 15, 2009: Full amount except administration fee of DKK 200 will be refunded.
Cancellation from June 16, 2009 will only be fully refunded (minus administration fee) if the room is re-sold. Reimbursement will be settled after the meeting.
