The hotel is part of DGI-byen - a multi complex with restaurant, bar, bowling, swimming centre, Spa etc. All guests at the hotel have free entrance to the 'Swim Centre', which is an unusual swimming facility with many different pools such as a super-ellipse shaped pool, a climbing and diving pool, and a warm spa pool. The hotel is entirely Non Smoking. The hotel’s restaurant, Vesterantan, is an excellent choice.

If you plan to arrive earlier or depart later, it is possible to book it in the reservation form (the one you meet in the "Buyers Package" booking-flow), and additional nights will be on your own expense. VNTM2009 is to be held in Scandic Copenhagen Hotel.
